R1 Coilover Suspension Installation
On a lark I purchased a set of R1 coilover springs and sleeves from an eBay vendor for the smoking low price of $12.00 plus $40.00 shipping (jacked up shipping is all the rage with eBay margin vendords but that's another blog). Fully expecting total crap I was shocked to see what looked like a fairly well thought out kit.
What shocked me even more was how good it ended up working!

Over the next couple of weeks I'll be testing out the new brakes pads I recieved from Eddie at Adrenaline Racing - Vancouver, WA. Stand up guy, stand up company and man.. talk about some awesome brake pads! Really looking foward to getting these out on the Autocross course and seeing how they perform! I'll likely add more of a writeup about this coilovers after I give them the full shakedown.
